Aryan Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3. He was in jail for the last three weeks.

While rejecting the bail plea on October 20, the court had held that no drugs were recovered from Aryan Khan but also said that since Aryan Khan was aware that his friend Arbaaz Merchant had banned substances and Since they were together, it would be considered 'conscient possession'.

In this case, NCB arrested eight people including Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and model Munmun Dhamecha from the cruise. So far 20 people have been arrested in this case.
