All government doctors and resident doctors in Delhi have come on the streets against the attack on doctors in Kolkata. The OPDs are closed only after leaving emergency services.
In addition to the All India Ayurvedic Science Institute, which means AIIMS in Delhi, the condition of patients in many government hospitals is unhealthy.
Dr. Rajiv Ranjan, President of AIIMS Resident Doctors Association told the BBC that on Thursday doctors had performed silently against the incident of Kolkata. But today, on Friday, they will all go on the streets and will also perform against the incident.
All government doctors have been called to deposit on the AIIMS auditorium from where the procession will go to the building. They will also be meeting the health minister and handing over memoranda in which several demands have been raised.
The doctor's absence in OPD has made an emergency. Patients and their families are out of control outside every government hospital. Especially in AIIMS and Safdarjung hospital, where the conditions are very disturbed.
On the other hand, after three days of health care in West Bengal, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had visited the state government's largest government hospital SSKM Medical College Hospital in the afternoon on Thursday. There, he gave an ultimatum to agitating doctors immediately after the strike was over. Mamta asked to finish the agitation by two o'clock in the afternoon.
However, it did not show any effect on the agitating doctors and they started sloganeering against Mamta in the hospital.
This protest of doctors and doctors who started from Kolkata has reached many states in the country and the doctors are firing at the place of place. Patients of the patients have gathered around the intersection of Safdarjung Hospital, who are getting very disturbed if they are not treated.
Resident Doctors Association says that considering the strike, they have made special arrangements for patients. There are many doctors who have been given the responsibility to arrange the treatment of outpatient patients or more seriously ill patients.
The memorandum which has been prepared for the health minister by the doctors, there are some demands of the doctor in this:
Social organizations have expressed their objection to these demands. The social worker says that doing so would be against the constitution as the law of medical justice has been given to the criminal who has already been punished.
Doctors Association spokesman Rajiv Ranjan says that it is difficult to provide security to every hospital, so private security companies should be deployed in government hospitals and those who are well trained.
Dr. Harjeet of the organization says that in most cases of violence, it is seen that there is no one to pay attention to the patient's difficulties. Therefore, in every hospital, such a department should be established which listened to the difficulties of patients and redressed them.
However, everything depends on the circumstances of Bengal. If the government of West Bengal arrests the culprits of the attacks on doctors and withdraws their ultimatum from the job, then the doctors' anger can be silenced, otherwise, circumstances can get worse.

The memorandum which has been prepared for the health minister by the doctors, there are some demands of the doctor in this:
- Violence against doctors should be declared as a legal offense.
- Provide separate law for the protection of hospitals.
- The attacks on them should be recorded as a non-bailable offense, and for this, the ordinance should be brought through parliament.
- Those who attacked them should be 'blacklisted' lifelong i.e. they should not be treated in any hospital.
- On increasing the number of doctors, the central and state governments should also pay attention because there is a shortage of doctors across India.
- Duty hours of doctors should also be determined by ordinance.
Social organizations have expressed their objection to these demands. The social worker says that doing so would be against the constitution as the law of medical justice has been given to the criminal who has already been punished.
