In 2017
, when BJP President Amit Shah made the name of Prem Kumar Dhumal in front of the assembly elections in Himachal Pradesh, BJP started firing for the Chief Ministerial candidate, then a stir started in BJP.

For many people, this was a surprising decision. This was more visible in the youth leadership of the party, in which Chief Minister Jairam Thakur was also involved.

The reason was that people were speculating in the name of the Health and Family Welfare Minister JP Nadda. At the same time, Nadda was looking forward to the Chief Minister's post.

However, the opportunity for Dhumal got out of hand because he lost the assembly elections but Nadda was still away from Delhi.

Jairam Thakur was appointed the Chief Minister of Nadda camp, who was winning the Assembly elections five times. Nadda also did not allow the party high command to know about his intention.

This was also the time when Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah thought that Nadda would use his organizational skills in Uttar Pradesh for the Lok Sabha elections rather than the Chief Minister.

Organizational Skills

And in the results of 2019, BJP got 62 seats from Uttar Pradesh and once again Narendra Modi got a huge majority.

But Nadda's name did not come in Modi's new cabinet list, and instead, four-time MP Anurag Thakur from Himachal Pradesh was made Finance Minister of State.

Those who were surprised that why Nadda was kept out of the cabinet despite the good results of Uttar Pradesh, he got the reply on Monday. Now he has got such a post which should assume that he is a powerful leader in BJP's national leadership.

There are assembly elections in Maharashtra, Haryana, and Jharkhand soon to be held and Nadda's work is to mobilize more supporters for the party in the organization and also for those who are called Amit Shah 'Congress-free India'.

The opposition should be concerned with Nadda's organizational skills. Especially in West Bengal and Kerala, Their understanding of Kashmir will also help in their strategy.

Away from publicity

On Monday, the 58-year-old leader of the small state Himachal Pradesh, JP Nadda was elected as the BJP's executive president.

The BJP had already decided a few days ago that the number two minister Amit Shah in the cabinet would be party president till the elections in Haryana, Haryana and Jharkhand.

But Nadda was elected as the president of the party's parliamentary board meeting. This point is very important for those leaders who quietly keep away from publicity.

He is considered as a big strategist in BJP and he is also an Amit Shah. He himself admits, "I did not hit my hand for any post in my career. Whatever work was done by my senior leaders, I did it with full dedication, I do not believe in my preaching too."

BJP's President of Himachal Pradesh, Satpal Satti tells Nadha the humility of her best interests. He says, "Even in difficult times, I have not seen them disturbing, they are fulfilling their work and being known to work before deadlines, their personality is also very attractive and their speech is also there."

Nadda has played her full role in the party, whether her role is in the ABVP worker at the University of Himachal Pradesh in 1983-84, whether it is a Cabinet Minister in the year 2014-15 or General Secretary of the Parliamentary Board of BJP.

JP movement to ABVP
They work quietly and do not get caught in any kind of controversy whether it's inside your party or the Opposition.

He was born on December 2, 1960, and his early studies took place at St Xavier's School, Patna College, Patna, and after that, he came to Himachal University for a master's degree in English.

It was at that time when ABVP was trying to rehabilitate Shimla in Himachal University but she could not get success. The party thought of sending Nadda to Patiala from Shimla. Nadda's hard work was that he was elected president from the ABVP seat for the first time on the campus.

Satpal Satti says, "His personality is in magic and he keeps on doing his job silently."

Nadda is a leader from the JP movement in Bihar, and in Patna, he started his political career in 1977-79. Later he came to Shimla in 1980-81.

Affected by his skill, ABVP gave him work in Delhi in 1986 and he was made the National Secretary and Organizing Secretary of Delhi unit of ABVP.

Gadkari made the general secretary
Later he was sent to BJP Youth Wing - Bhartiya Janata Yuva Morcha, where he took charge in 1991. This was the time when the BJYM spread across many states. At that time, he was only 31 years old.

Eventually, the party sent him back to Himachal Pradesh. Although the BJP could not form the government in the 1993 assembly elections, Nadda was elected the legislator. In the same tenure, he was also made the Leader of Opposition while many senior leaders were looking at the post.

Nadda was elected again in 1998. At that time, Narendra Modi was in charge of the party and BJP formed a government with the help of the former telecom minister Sukh Ram's party.

He was then made Minister of Health and Minister of Parliamentary Affairs in the State Government. He lost the election in 2003 but won again in 2007. Then he became the Minister of Environment and Science and Technology.

When Nitin Gadkari became BJP President in 2010, he made Nadda general secretary. Nadda left Himachal cabinet and moved to Delhi.

In Himachal Pradesh, no Rajput has been made the chief minister, but a Brahmin leader from the same state has been given BJP's top position.

Nadda is a resident of Bilaspur district, where before the 2017 assembly elections, he had laid the foundation stone of AIIMS at the hands of PM Narendra Modi.

In the days of his student politics in Patna, he joined the JP movement against the power of Indira Gandhi.

His wife Mallika Nadda is the daughter of Madhya Pradesh leader Jayshree Banerjee and she has two sons. Mallika has been a history professor at Himachal University and she has recently left the job. They are related to social work.

After becoming the executive president, speculation has now been broken that Chief Minister Jairam Thakur's chair is going to get him.
